The Staff

The Staff oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. They serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.

The Board

The Board of Elders are members from the congregation who oversee the finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel regarding the major financial commitments of the church. They also serve as spiritual authority over the church.

The Overseers

The Overseers are pastors of respected congregations and ministries who love Sent Church and its pastor and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They may be called in to help in accountability matters relating to the Lead Pastor if requested to do so by the Board of Elders.
